We design and build guitars. This early prototype design we call the Mutator. Also known as the Mutant Mutator Core. Will have begun the CNC Milling process to test part fitting and placement. We are using poplar as it mills and shapes easily. First version prototypes are more for fit and feel, not for play. Once we have the shape where we want it we iterated to a better tone wood such as solid maple. This guitar has a small core body with a the ability to attach different outer body attachments. This allows your guitar to "Mutate", or become something different for every show.
